What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. If you would like to pay via Paypal, check, or money order, contact orders@sodapoptees.com for info on alternate payment methods.

How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method that you select. For Domestic shipping, we currently offer: Reg USPS ( 4-10 days/ free!) Priority Mail (2-5 days / starts at $2.50) Express Mail (1-2 days / starts at $15)

For international shipping, we currently offer:
International Parcel Post (1-3 weeks / starts at $4 for Canada, $8 for most other locations).

We ship out most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them.

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
YES! We ship internationally to most countries. If no shipping option is displayed for your shipping address, contact orders@sodapoptees.com, and we'll see if we can work something out.

What size should I buy?

How do I exchange my shirt for another size?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please include the original packing slip, a valid exchange authorization number, and money for shipping the exchange. Contact us ahead of time at orders@sodapoptees.com for an authorization number, a mailing address, and to find out how much return shipping money you should include. Buyer pays all shipping on exchanges.

Do you take orders over the phone?
No, we do not take orders over the phone. We will accept orders via Paypal, email, or snail (regular) mail using check or money order if you prefer. Contact orders@sodapoptees.com for more info on alternate payment methods.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be Tshirts n' Giggles.

What type of shirts do you use?
We use a variety of quality shirts, including American Apparel, Gildan, Anvil, and more. Shirt type / fabric is included in the description.

I have a sweet idea for a shirt, what's in it for me if you use it?
If you send us a shirt idea that we end up using, we'll pay you $50 and give you a free shirt. Email your ideas to orders@sodapoptees.com. Feel free to include images or scanned drawings to help get your point across. Please do not send us any idea you've already seen somewhere!

Do you sell shirts wholesale?
Yes, Retailers may contact us for a pricelist. Please include your contact info, what company you own / represent, and a valid employer ID number for the aforementioned store.
